The rules that govern access to MARGINO, demos, accounts and payments.

1. Purpose
These terms (“Terms”) govern access to the MARGINO software published by Braxelune Studio LLC (“we”, “the publisher”), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By creating an account, requesting a demo or paying a subscription, you accept these Terms as well as the privacy policy and the refund policy. privacy policy · refund policy.
2. The service
MARGINO is an online (SaaS) product for professionals: POS, orders, catalog, stock, shipping, commercial documents and margin indicators. Available features depend on your workspace and plan. A commercial description is on https://margeino.com.
The service is provided “as is” for professional use. We may change, suspend or remove features, with reasonable notice when a change is material.
3. Demo
A demo is requested via the contact page. The demo is free and with no purchase obligation. It does not automatically create a paid subscription. We may refuse or postpone a demo (capacity, incompatible use, incomplete information). (the contact page)
4. Account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for actions taken with your accounts (including those of your employees).
- The service is for adult professionals.
- We may suspend an account in case of fraud, non-payment, abusive use or a security risk.
5. Prices, billing and Stripe
Subscription prices, if any, are communicated before payment (quote, offer page or checkout). Amounts are shown in the displayed currency. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of tax; applicable taxes are added.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the debit of the payment method stored with Stripe for the chosen period and agreed renewals. We do not store your full card numbers.
Unless a written trial is offered, the subscription is prepaid for the period (monthly or yearly) and auto-renews for an equivalent period, at the then-current price, until cancelled. You may cancel before the renewal date; access continues until the end of the period already paid. See the refund and cancellation policy. refund policy.
6. Your data and content
You keep ownership of data you import or create in your workspace (products, orders, customers, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide MARGINO. You warrant that you have the necessary rights over that data, including your customers’ data.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for:
- illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activities;
- bypassing security, scanning or saturating our systems;
- reselling the software without written agreement;
- processing unlawful content or data you have no right to hold.
MARGINO is not a payment institution. Using the software to sell goods or services prohibited by Stripe or by law is not allowed.
8. Intellectual property
The software, the MARGINO mark, texts, interfaces and documentation remain the property of Braxelune Studio LLC or its licensors. No license is granted beyond the right to use the service for the contract term.
9. Availability and support
We aim for reasonable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service (maintenance, network, providers). Support is by email: contact@margeino.com.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages (lost revenue, data or opportunity) or for commercial decisions you take from the software’s indicators. Our total liability for a given event is limited to the amounts you actually paid us for the service in the three months before the event, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury where the law forbids it.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account closure by email. We may terminate for serious breach, non-payment, fraud or unlawful use, after notice when reasonably possible. After closure, your data is handled under the privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. In a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent courts of the State of Wyoming (United States) will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or professional protection rules that apply.
