Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. Controller
The controller is Braxelune Studio LLC (“we”), publisher of MARGINO, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Privacy contact: contact@margeino.com.
This policy applies to the website https://margeino.com, the MARGINO application and demo requests. It is written to meet transparency requirements of payment providers (including Stripe) and the laws applicable to Braxelune Studio LLC, a company formed in the State of Wyoming (United States). If you are in the European Economic Area, additional GDPR rights may apply.
2. Data we collect
Account and use of the service

Payments
- When you pay a subscription, payment is processed by Stripe.
- We do not store the full card number or CVC.
- We may keep transaction metadata: amount, currency, date, status, Stripe ID, billing email, country.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Provide the service (contract): create the account, authenticate, host your business data, support.
- Demo and B2B outreach (legitimate interest or consent): answer your request and propose a meeting.
- Billing and fraud prevention (contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest): collect, refund, prevent abuse.
- Security and improvement (legitimate interest): logs, incident prevention, diagnostics.
- Legal obligations: accounting, responses to competent authorities.
4. Payments processed by Stripe
We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe may collect personal data, including card information, device identifiers and other data described in its policy: https://stripe.com/privacy. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve its services, including fraud prevention and detection, authentication, performance analysis and experience improvement.
Stripe acts as an independent payment provider. MARGINO is not a bank and is not affiliated with Stripe beyond using its payment services.
5. Recipients
We do not sell your data. It may be shared only with:
- our authorized team (support, engineering, billing);
- the application host and the email (SMTP) provider;
- Stripe, for payments, refunds and fraud prevention;
- integrations you enable (WooCommerce store, carriers, etc.) — in that case you remain responsible for your own customers’ data;
- advisors, accountants or authorities, if the law requires it.
6. Your customers’ data (tenant workspaces)
If you use MARGINO to manage your own customers, orders or stock, you are the controller of that data. We host it on your behalf to provide the software. You must have a legal basis to collect it and inform your customers.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and session storage that are necessary for the service (sign-in, CSRF security, language, session). These cookies are not used for third-party targeted advertising. You can block cookies in the browser; the service (especially sign-in) may then stop working.
8. Retention
- Account and service data: for the term of the contract, then deletion or anonymization within a reasonable time after closure, unless a legal obligation applies.
- Demo requests: up to 24 months after the last exchange, unless you object.
- Invoices and payment evidence: applicable accounting retention period.
- Technical logs: limited period needed for security.
9. Transfers
Data is mainly processed in the United States. Some providers (notably Stripe and email) may also process data in other countries. When that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (contracts, standard clauses, security measures).
10. Security
We apply reasonable measures: HTTPS, hashed passwords, tenant isolation, CSRF tokens, secured sessions. No system is perfect; report any incident to contact@margeino.com.
11. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, restriction, objection or deletion of your personal data, and portability where it applies. Write to contact@margeino.com. You may also write to us to exercise your rights. Depending on your country of residence, other remedies may exist with the competent data-protection authority.
12. Minors
MARGINO is for professionals. The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page prevails. For a material change, we may notify you by email or in the application.
